Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PostFleet's website, applications, and APIs (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PostFleet lets you connect your social media accounts and publish content to them via our web interface, API, or MCP server. The Service acts on your explicit instructions — we publish only what you (or tools authorized by you, such as your AI agent using your API token) submit for publishing.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API tokens. Actions performed with your token are considered your actions. Revoke tokens immediately if compromised.
You may only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or violates the rules of the destination platform (YouTube, Instagram/Meta, TikTok, etc.);
send spam, engage in artificial engagement, or manipulate platform systems;
circumvent platform rate limits, security measures, or these Terms;
resell or provide access to the Service to third parties without our consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put our platform integrations at risk.

4. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs. By using the respective integrations you also agree to the platforms' terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's terms, and TikTok's terms. Platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time; we are not responsible for platform-side failures, rejections, or content removals.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service (i.e., to publish it where you tell us to). You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it.

6. Fees

During beta, the Service may be provided free of charge. Paid plans, when introduced, will be described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostFleet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service (or your access) for violation of these Terms with notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
